I'm Chris Tompsett,

I would just like to thank you for taking the time in visiting my website, MakingITWork....

For years, everyone I knew always said,  "you should go off and do it on your own, it will be so much more beneficial and you will enjoy it",  well here it goes...

​

I have been working in IT since 2001, having experience of both the private and public sector - developing data and voice (voip) networks, server infrastructure, firewall cyber security, e-mail, file and print, to PC, MAC and laptop rebuilds, hardware repairs  or installations.  

​

I have first class honours degree in Cyber Security, Cisco CCNA, and ITIL certified.

 

In my spare time I am a keen photographer, and extend my technical skillset out to helping friends, family and colleagues with their personal or business technical requirements.

I really enjoy a technical challenge, improving the way people use technology,  and building new relationships.

My aim is to provide a simple, yet professional, cost effective IT service, that works for you and your business.
